My intention for the Her For Her newsletter is to Educate, Empower, and EnCourage women to accept themselves and other women just as they are. Each monthly newsletter will have one topic, for example, this issues focus is comparison, and the ways women compare themselves to other women. The information inside the newsletter will educate, empower, and enCourage women to recognize it and how to shift from comparison to acceptance. I am committed to authentically showing up for each of you, and delivering a newsletter that is informative, fun, honest, and real.
